Private OMSR/OSIE Diagnostics & Licensing

The public diagnostics library demonstrates the OMSR/OSIE framework using only open-source, publicly available data.

“The institutional engine extends these capabilities to real-time, proprietary, and confidential systems.”

The private, full-resolution engine operates at institutional depth and is designed for:

  • sovereign systems
  • family offices
  • funds
  • research institutions
  • macro-oriented allocators
  • national infrastructure and risk councils

This engine evaluates structural burden, systemic leakage, and long-term fragility using the same methodology that identified:

  • the 2016 Evergrande collapse trajectory five years before default
  • the 2018–2019 acceleration phase
  • the fully locked failure vector in 2019 using only public annual reports

The same engine is currently being used to run live structural diagnostics on sovereign systems and institutional portfolios under NDA,  demonstrating equivalent foresight across multiple regions and sectors.

This is not a trading tool.

This is not a financial advisory system.

This is a structural intelligence engine.

What the Institutional Engine Provides

Full-resolution OMSR/OSIE diagnostics, including:

• Real-time composite scoring (−100 to +100)

Structural impact, leakage, efficiency, and fragility—delivered as a single interpretable metric.

• Full index breakdown (ELI, PEI, PLD)

Internal-only numeric detail for institutional analysis environments.

• Structural trajectory modeling

Five-year forward projections based on historical pattern recognition.

• Portfolio-level heatmaps

Leakage, fragility, and efficiency mapping across multi-asset portfolios.

• White-label diagnostics

For internal research teams, investment committees, or sovereign analytical units.

• API access (private)

For institutions integrating structural health metrics into internal dashboards or risk frameworks.

Founding-Phase Status (Current)

The institutional engine is in pre-institutional operational phase, meaning:

  • The core diagnostic methodology is complete.
  • The autonomous engine is under development.
  • Outputs are produced on demand via a controlled workflow.
  • A limited number of founding-phase partners may participate before full launch.

This phase exists to ensure:

  • structural integrity
  • controlled scaling
  • alignment with sovereign and institutional risk policy
  • trust-anchored development of the autonomous OSIE engine

Founding-Phase Partner Advantages

Founding-phase partners receive:

• Priority access to the autonomous engine and full-resolution indices.

First rights to deeper capabilities as the engine scales.

• Custom structural reports for internal systems, portfolios, or sovereign datasets.

• White-label rights

(e.g., “The [Your Fund] Structural Health Assessment”).

• Naming rights to one future public diagnostic

(e.g., “The [Your Fund] Structural Health Report”).

• Permanent acknowledgement in the forthcoming autonomous-engine whitepaper

under: “Founding Institutional Partners.”

• Priority consideration for long-term licensing agreements.

Why Institutions Are Engaging Now

Because the public research already demonstrates:

  • A complete, auditable, structural framework
  • Predictive validity (Evergrande collapse flagged in 2016 using only public data)
  • Repeatable diagnostic logic
  • Neutral, non-political, non-financialized structural insight
  • Sovereign-scale relevance

Institutions understand that whoever integrates structural intelligence first sets the standard for the next era of systemic analysis.

How to Engage

Institutional licensing is limited and by application only.
